Went for a lovely walk round St James's Park, glorious afternoon. Saw all the flags out for the Qatari state visit. Flags of the The Commonwealth fluttering...but I couldn't see the flags of Singapore, Guyana or Botswana, unless I'm going blind. Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office
