Oh my goodness, David Staples! The conspiracy is international. Quick, check with the Food Dude to find out if Trudeau paid Mankiw!

Guys, we've only just scratched the surface of the Trudeau economics conspiracy. Do we know who funded Pigou? Can it possibly be just a coincidence that every environmental economics textbook lists the same advantages of pollution prices as cited in the recent letter? No way!

Alberta would like both more and less federal funding to flow to Alberta. This position has the advantage of allowing us to remain mad about any potential decision the federal government might make regardless of whether these decisions are a direct consequence of our tantrums.

Oh, it would be fun to be at a constitutional law conference when a major SCC decision comes out. Restoule coming in a few minutes, during the Osgoode con cases conference.

In hindsight, it's interesting that a specific commitment to PM Justin Trudeau's signature climate policy was not in the Supply and Confidence Agreement between the Liberals and the NDP.

I'll let you guess where most of the big polluters with big profits are, and where most of the emissions subject to consumer pricing are. Will be really interesting to see how Alberta NDP leadership candidates respond to this switch.
