Started first chapter of this, seems good. Seems a lot like ‘psychotherapy’ with this concept of ‘integrating’ experiences into understanding. Seems #holistic and #good for #parenting and perhaps even personal #therapy / #psychotherapy though I am a layman in parenting + therapy

I find king baths great to reflect on intentions and develop ideas. Reminds me of that story about Elmer Gates who had his ‘personal communication room’ as mentioned in some of Napoleon Hills work. And of course, baths remind me of Winston Churchill who reportedly took 2 per day.
