Why is the worst day in human history called good? Because now the worst sinners in human history can be called Forgiven. #GoodFriday

It is believed the novel coronavirus may have originated from either human contact with infected animals or from a lab accident in Wuhan, China — and an official says "both" are supported by "evidence" cbsn.ws/2YnKsMo

1. The earth is not flat. 2. Elvis is not alive. 3. Bill Gates did not create Coronavirus in an evil plot to depopulate the world and/or usher in the antichrist. Please, people. The world needs the church. Now is not a good time to lose our minds.

American history books are like: Slavery was bad but then Lincoln fixed it 😊 Then, segregation was also bad but Malcolm X didn't need to be so mean about it 😡 but MLK went on a biiig walk and fixed racism! The last racist left killed him 😭 but then he went to jail 🎉 the end

Isn’t it astounding that there is no national holiday for the ending of slavery? The country’s deepest transgression and alleged strongest moral victory doesn’t have a day?????? Let that sink in. Clearly, at the very least, there is some more acknowledging we need to do.

Today is Loving Day. It took nearly nine years for the Lovings to win their case. But the fight against systemic racism isn’t over. Let’s take action as individuals and as a community. More details on LovingDay.org #blacklivesmatter #lovingday

Black people shouldn’t need to be morally perfect & spotless in order to deserve life & dignity. Bearing God’s image should be enough...... #GeorgeFloyd

"If a pastor or theologian can't distinguish "black lives matter" from Black Lives Matter, I sure can't trust you to handle the hypostatic union, the sacraments, or other fine points of theology that require significantly deeper levels of thought and study."

In Learn to Lead, a publication put out by the air force in 2011 to teach young people how to be good leaders, they list an interesting example of bad leadership. instagram.com/p/CFFh__Sp6fW/…

There's a version of American nationalism that camouflages itself as Christianity but looks nothing like Jesus. Jesus is NOT raising up militias for a new civil war. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. He carried a cross not a gun. He blesses the peacemakers not the warmakers.

Watching protestors invade the Capitol with Christian flags and a giant “Jesus 2020” banner. Lawmakers are in hiding because of marauding... Christians?? Anyone still unsure Christian nationalism is an issue??

Jesus 2020. Confederate Flag. Noose. For many unbelievers, when they hear “Christian”, these images come to mind. This form of syncretism is one of the biggest apologetic challenges facing the church today. We must be clear about what Christianity isn’t as we share what it is.
