Has anyone had a really bad experience with Shopify (in this case they broke my Wordpress site)? I'd love to hear if you were able to get the issue resolved, if they provided a store credit, and if there other ecommerce platforms that are better.

Has any other Shopify seller has issues with customers being double charged through Shop Pay. One of our customers was in mid-Oct, and they have yet to refund the double transaction, despite admitting to it and that there are more. What are others doing?
