After Aer Lingus lost my backpack 8 days ago with all of my camping equipment they keep sending me how did we do questionnaires. I’m livid and telling them so and they cAnt be bothered to have a person read the comments .

Do not fly Aer Lingus if you don’t want to lose your baggage. Almost 3 weeks since they lost my bag and the only communication I get is computer messages telling me to be patient.

All you people who are flying this weekend, if you fly Aer Lingus and they lose your bag you will not get it back. 5 weeks since they stole my backpack and not a peep from a real human, just texts telling me to be patient because they lose lots of bags and they are very busy.
