Alice's DVRO has been renewed for 5 years. The court found she violated the order in the Beverly Blvd. incident, by the courtroom photography incident, and alluded to her trial brief containing confidential information from the custody evaluation.

During this time period, Ioan had to sell his Rolex watch to pay the mortgage payments on the house Alice was occupying and had to borrow his living expenses from Bianca, because he wasn't getting work. (Alice's smear campaign has peaked at this time leading up to the DVRO.)

Despite there being no order, Ioan still paid $15k in child support for May to Sept. 2024 - the amount that was ultimately agreed to be the correct amount. He was also head on spousal maintenance per the PMA. Pretty sure Alice was claiming he was paying nothing during this time.
