Humming has real measurable health benefits. Humming can stimulate the vagus nerve, calming the fight or flight response and helping to relax, digest, and heal. The vibrations also help to move lymph and clear sinuses. A soft hum stays the heart.

Sometimes we sleep because our body is tired. But sometimes we get tired because our soul wants to wake up. Boredom or unfulfilling patterns can lead to us feeling 'tired all the time'. That's your soul wishing you would close your eyes so it can freely explore.

Why do we use chemicals for roadside weed spray instead of vinegar or salt water? Why spray something every year that disrupts eco systems at every level when you can achieve the same result with something natural? Everything we need exists in nature.

Cinquefoil is used interchangeably with Agrimony. It is used as an herb of justice, meaning it returns neggie vibes back to the sender. It also protects you in the dream realm. If you wake up several times a night to pee, you won’t if you’re drinking this as tea.

Plants are antennae. Like cat whiskers, like human hair, plants are built to receive and react to subtle energies that allow them to anticipate environmental changes. Magnetism and other nonmaterial forces we haven't yet discovered are key to understanding how plants thrive.

Good soil has mineral and metals spread evenly throughout, creating a matrix that plants 'connect' to. Like a motherboard, soil is capable of supporting certain plants (hardware), depending on the specific levels of minerals and the character of the soil's vital force.

Nature isn't A computer, nature is THE computer. The one true computer that all human computers attempt to emulate. The true Intelligence that Artificial Intelligence can only hope to copy. Soon you will have to choose to which you will connect. Choose wisely.

I have yet to try it, but considering Yellow Dock and Buckwheat are in the same family, I suspect the dried seeds of the Yellow Dock would make a great pillow filling. I use a pillow filled with buckwheat hulls and I love it.
