Happy New Year! Normalize Therapy in 2023 please. Saying “I have a therapist” or “I’m going to therapy” should be as simple as “I have a PCP” or “I’m going to the dentist.”

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. And you wonder why victims never speak up? This victim blaming has to stop. This idea that she “asked for it” takes the responsibility away from the perpetrators and allows this to continue happening. It is never the victims fault.
