Indian Patent Act uses expressions “he”, “his or “him” 248 times; Indian Patents Rules, 2003, uses them 146 times; Manual of Patent Office Practice and Procedure (version 3, 2019) uses it 92 times. How fair is that?law.asia/gender-fair-la…
