Nothing pisses me off more than employers who think they’re entitled to an #NDA after YEARS of scorched earth litigation. Want your employee to sign an NDA? Do right by her BEFORE she has to sue you. Once you’ve exchanged pleadings, it’s too late to buy her silence. #MeToo
