Truth! I still use mine!

If school districts would take time to ask teachers, if you were to think about leaving, what would it take for you to stay. They would quickly find what they need to focus on to improve teachers working conditions.

Teacher retention: if you want to keep the best teachers, treat them like they are the best. Few teachers leave an environment where they feel valued, supported, appreciated, and treated like professionals. This is more important now than ever!

This is absolutely pathetic! And they wonder why there is teacher turnover. For the last three years many of us have been required to do TX Reading academy for no pay or very little. The course takes over 100 hrs!! We sacrifice our time for nothing!!
