Went to bank today for cash for a wedding tomorrow. I asked for it in £10s (ease for any potential kitty!) & I got a mix of different bank notes,AND none of the notes were facing the same way…in my day I’d have had them all sorted & separated, & all facing the same way round! 🤣

Adam Buxton’s interview with John Cooper Clarke is one of his best. JCC on roaring form. Among many revelations, Clarke was so disappointed with the film Snakes On A Plane that he has actually written a sequel called Parrot In A Car. I have not laughed like that in about a year.

I am a HUGE fan of John Cooper Clarke as it is, and I love #AdamBuxton so much, too - so Adam’s recent podcast with John as his guest was just the collaboration of dreams. Hilarious, go listen! I’ve never heard the C bomb dropped so often in a podcast either 🤣
