What I didn’t learn in medical school:

1. Family caregiving is a 24/7 job and exhausting.
2. A dining room can become a hospice bedroom.
3. Home health aides are the backbone to great care. Grateful to ours for helping me keep my 95 year old dad at home and out of hospitals.
