I used to begin my lessons with “free shooting” for 5 minutes.. now I know better & use Ben Landers “follow the leader” warm-up. I love this routine! Every lesson, my Ss get 5-10 dedicated minutes of ball handling practice. PRO-TIP: switch & have S be leader! #SMBSDFamily
