I FUCKING HATE UPS!!! THERE IS A REASON I DO NOT USE THEM FOR MY OWN BUSINESS!! They should have picked up on the 12th. I'm STILL trying to get them to pick up an order I HAD to use UPS (whom I NEVER use) and the package is still on my stairs. An order for a small business

Two hours online with UPS's "virtual assistant" which disconnected on me and now on hold on the phone. Completely USELESS!! Every small business owner I know hates them. Plus, the only carrier you have to PAY to pick up and they can't even follow through. #UPSSucks
