Instead of continuing to say we can't intervene our way out of a tier 1 problem, I think I'll start saying if more than 20% of our students need tier 2/3, we now need an intervention plan for our Tier 1. It's time to write intervention plans for our systems. Thanks Stephanie Stollar

It’s been a rough start to the school year in NYC so I’m reposting this. It’s in the application where the learning sticks. I’m seeing lots of 40-min lessons where sts read and write less than 5 words. That doesn’t work. Implementing a flawed program w/ fidelity ensures failure.
