Together with Quantum Device Lab we developed a technique using a qubit as a primary thermometer to measure thermal occupation of propogating fields in cQED systems. This has broad application in quantum thermodynamics, transport, and mesoscopic calorimetry. journals.aps.org/prx/abstract/1…
