Hi SchneiderElectric IN, Escalation for rude and pathetic customer support at 9844057472. They feel like a God and literally dont care. I purchased APC Back-UPS BX600C from Amazon India which has a 2 years warranty. UPS has stopped working. I have no way to get it repaired. Please help.
