A R handed, healthy, preteen Volleyball player comes into clinic with approx 1 yr unilateral, atraumatic worsening L shoulder pain & weakness. My electrodiagnostic testing for scapular winging is normal. This is the first thing I see when I do MSK US at rotator interval. Guesses?
