MRI's are not as good as X-Rays for assessing hip dysplasia. Patient presents with this left hip MRI report, with no mention of dysplasia. X-rays clearly show a left lateral CE angle of 14.4. Despite the labral tear, this patient needs a hip arthroscopy and PAO.
