JUST IN: Ed Markey says he will raise a point of order in the Senate, invoking the Byrd rule, if the 10-year moratorium on state laws regulating AI remains in the budget reconciliation bill. The Byrd rule prevents non-fiscal provisions from being added to a budget bill.
