I’m currently in Lanzarote where only last night I had a great conversation trí Gaeilge with a young lad from Connemara. Yates is a charlatan, contrarian, and failed bookie who did a runner to avoid paying for his failures. Tá an teanga beo, i nÉirinn agus ar domhain 💚

Man who wishes there were less Republican plaques in Dublin and more to British soldiers dunks on the unveiling of a plaque to a fireman who died in service 100 odd years ago. All the while, seemingly aloof of the process through which DCC erects said plaques 🤦🏻‍♂️

The GAA literally runs our national games, why wouldn’t the government give them a decent chunk of state coin. Soccer is woefully mismanaged from the top down in this country. Adults and kids spending small fortunes supporting English clubs while Irish clubs wither 🤷🏻‍♂️
