Humanities Triumph. History at UCC was pleased to host two magisterial lectures and Q&A sessions by Martin van Gelderen Professor Martin Van Gelderen of Gottingen University on Rembrandt and Anne Frank.
The School of History Annual Prize-giving Ceremony took place in the Aula Maxima, UCC Ireland, on Monday, 26 February. The ceremony included a tribute to the late Emeritus Professor Dermot Keogh, and a special prize was awarded in his honour. Congratulations to all the prize winners.

The Bonar Law Collection, the most complete visual record of Ireland in map and print form, has been acquired by the State. It comprises close to 10,000 maps, some 9,000 prints, and will be made placed in UCC following a loan agreement with National Library of Ireland
