A3: Morning Meeting and our PBIS rewards! I want to use our MM time to discuss and practice the habits. As for PBIS, we have adjusted our building rewards to fit the habits. We will praise Ss following habits, allowing Ss to track the habits they follow each day. #20StrongChat

A4: Part 1 - There are many ways I can live these habits, but I want to make sure I start with the first 3 (BE PROACTIVE, BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND, & PUT FIRST THINGS FIRST) to ensure I am prepared for each day. This will allow for less stress on the hard days. #20StrongChat

A4: Part 2-HABIT 5: SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND THEN TO BE UNDERSTOOD! I can ALWAYS work on this with those around me. It's easy to make judgments or assume the worse. We need to believe everyone is doing their absolute best and seek the answers before assuming! #20StrongChat

A5: Our Ts are already keeping track of data weekly & have some kind of resource binder/folder. Next year, we are going to incorporate the Leadership Notebooks to organize Ss learning throughout the year, making it even easier to brag on Ss with Ps and other Ts. #20StrongChat
