As someone with 20+ years experience as an educator, I definitely think I could share some insight for educators… But I will never write a book about classroom management until I can effectively conquer this situation.

For the first 5 minutes of a test, I tell students to put their writing utensils on the ground, I hand out the test, and they can talk to each other while holding the tests. Students shared how much this lowers their testing anxiety and you hear some of the best conversations.
