"ah, i see." he dipped his head in a nod of approval, glancing to the cover of the book for a brief moment. "lord of the flies. the beginning is super slow and a little hard to read, but! so far, it's okay."

he nodded yet again, this time releasing a small chuckle. "honestly kinda understandable. the title's weird, but. . . i guess it makes a bit more sense after you read it?" cue a brief shrug. "it's good novel, it just takes a hell of a lot of patience."

"i like poetry too, i've just. . . always enjoyed the story-telling with novels, i guess." a shrug bounced off his shoulders as he hummed. "i think my favorite character is simon though. he's not a main character, but, he's more likable than most of them."
