Gusty santa ana winds are expected Monday into Tuesday. A Red Flag Warning has been issued by NWS San Diego. Sign up with Alert San Diego to receive critical alerts and fire information.
Units from Alpine, Viejas and CAL FIRE/San Diego County Fire are on-scene in the 1400 block of Arnold Way for a power line down with a small spot of grass burning. There is no threat of the fire spreading.
On the evening of January 24th crews from Alpine, Viejas Fire, Lakeside Fire (LKS), Heartland Fire, CAL FIRE/San Diego County Fire, Alpine Station, San Miguel Fire & Rescue, responded for a fully involved mobile home in the 2400 block of Alpine Blvd. The residents escaped without injuries.
