Theme for the conference seems to be ‘be more human’. This isn’t just about being ‘fun’ 🤢 but leaders commenting on critical external events, sharing their views, making the time to communicate informally with colleagues via video etc #simplyexp22

Microsoft Viva - sounds good but where are the case studies to show how it really works on the ground. Quite overwhelming; loads to try and understand and unpick when in reality organisations are only just getting the hang of Teams 🤔 #simplyexp22

In my experience, businesses are doing good work across the environmental and social sectors but they aren't very good at 'packaging' their efforts into one coherent story. Sometimes it can be as simple as finding out what's going on in your organisation and sharing the story.
