Successful three day coastal and marine protection and awareness program of ARC at K.Dhiffushi partnering aloha ufaa MoodhubulhaaDive , Beachclub SDM 🌊🌱✨

K.Dhiffushi School participated in an awareness session on the importance of coastal afforestation. They were also educated on the importance of preserving seagrass ,seaweeds & drift seeds from plants on the shoreline, to protect the coastal ecosystem.

To raise awareness on plastic pollution, students of K. Dhiffushi School participated in a nurdle-hunt activity on the beach and collected micro-plastics of approximately 5mm. #greatglobalnurdlehunt #plasticpollution #microplastic 📷 Batti Nishan

ARC in partnership with SavePlanetEarth aloha ufaa MoodhubulhaaDive, Beach Club Maldives, Ministry of Education and Dhiffushi Council Idharaa conducted an ocean awareness session for students of grades 6 to 10 to educate them on the importance of protecting marine and coastal ecosystems

ARC in partnership with aloha ufaa MoodhubulhaaDive, Beach Club Maldives, Ministry of Education and Dhiffushi Council Idharaa facilitated an introductory “Discover Dive” for students of Grades 6 & 7 from K. Dhiffushi School to help cultivate an interest and love for the ocean.

ARC in partnership with aloha ufaa MoodhubulhaaDive, Beach Club Maldives, Ministry of Education and Dhiffushi Council Idharaa facilitated a snorkeling experience for students of grades 8,9 and 10 from K. Dhiffushi School to explore the coral reefs and marine life.

ARC organized a snorkeling experience for over 100 students from Grades 1 to 10 at N. Kudafari School. The aim was to explore the underwater world, foster a love for it, and empower the next generation to protect the ocean.
