Dr Liz Crowe (she/her) spent 25 years as a social worker, predominantly in paediatric ICU. During that time she developed a passion for clinician wellbeing. Her passion recently became her profession in her new role as a staff wellbeing consultant in one of QLD’s largest tertiary hospitals.
