This is where experience design comes in Your travel is supposed to be tailor made to your kind of person and what you want to experience Also, people tend to believe that packing your itinerary with activities is what makes it better and that's false. Sometimes, more is less

I booked a table at a Michelin star restaurant for 8pm tonight in Cape Town, I’v been working the whole day but honestly my mind has been on the experience I’ll be getting tonight. It’s something small, but exciting to me. I agree, always create things to look forward too.

Ambitious people are my type. I can’t even hide it, once you start talking about doing impossible work, the kind of talk that inspires greatness, you have my allegiance till the wheels fall off. We may fail (woefully) but we will never be guilty of not trying.

Over-communication helps, but it doesn’t always prevent reactions. People receive the same experience differently, depending on expectations, personality, and what they need in that moment. There’s no one version of a “perfect” trip.

The funniest thing about operations is that you know you have done a good job when no one notices the amount of work it took. Like people think everything went seamlessly, that's how you know you've done a good job The work is mostly invisible

If you don't like research just stay away from travel design and operations, you will research ehnnnnn lmao But it's cool sha at least I'm learning new things
