Disgusted by the attitude of the young cashier at Shell Thrapston. Refused to even look at the air pump. Now flat tyre and no refund.

3.5 hours waiting for The AA on hard shoulder at 3am then £255 for a relay service that didn't happen. Completely ignored for refund.
