Our mixed-methods research plan will be done in partnership with seven participating states: Hawai`i (Hawai‘i Public Schools), Indiana (Indiana Department of Education (IDOE)), Massachusetts (Massachusetts K-12), Pennsylvania (PA Department of Education), Texas (Texas Education Agency), Virginia (VDOE News), & Washington (WA State OSPI).
