Thanks to @MsSmallsO for highlighting our OPAT study at ASHP Midyear. Taylor Epperson was the lead on this study looking at our OPAT program which showed reduced readmissions in patients discharged on vancomycin followed by a pharmacist in OPAT. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36714295/
