Well that men’s 100m final was ALMOST as exciting as the end of the women’s 10,000m!

This was freaking AMAZING! Holy guacamole - the whole team was flying! (And none are over 22 🤯)

So Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone would’ve won the 400m by 1.2 seconds with her anchor leg in the 4x400m. I can’t decide if my mind is blown or if I’m completely unsurprised. Whichever it is, there’s no question about the fact that she’s nothing short of phenomenal!

In today’s world, we can get mega corporations to make change by applying lots of pressure. I’m asking adidas and more importantly, anyone connected to the company, to make it clear that anti-semitism is not ok and that their silence around ye’s comments is 👎🏻.

I’m such an optimist that every year I think Starbucks is going to bring back the holiday spice flat white so @oiselle_sally & I can enjoy the best seasonal drink. And every year Starbucks lets me down. Maybe next year…
