Well done to the crew of Muirkirk Community Fire Station and members of Muirkirk Gala Committee for organising today's successful Drive-Thru Santa's Grotto event. An excellent initiative, bringing the community together whilst raising funds for good causes at the same time.

This evening we recognised Ff James Young’s 20 years service he has provided to our community. With attendance of @Ayrshire_LSO and Ff Young’s family we thanked him for the service he has provided as he booked off duty for the final time.

A few months ago, Watch Commander David Roxburgh retired from StewartonCommunityFireStation after an incredible 39+ years of service. Last night, family, friends, colleagues, and community groups came together to officially recognise and celebrate his dedicated service to the local community.
