Trainers, its ok to be hard on your clients, and by that I mean hold them accountable. That is LITERALLY why they pay you. If your client is trying to lose weight/gain mass and consistently eat too much/too little, you saying it's ok is enforcing the behavior. CHALLENGE THEM!

When it comes to weight loss and weight gain, the slower the better. Doing things in extremes is a great way to slingshot yourself right back where you started.

Aggressive patience is the name of the game. You have to put your all into it knowing it’s going to take time to see the progress you want to see.

If you're fighting yourself about smashing the food at the cookout, go ahead and enjoy yourself. You can get after it tomorrow! Happy Independence Day 🫡🎆

Did you know that aerobic fitness is probably the most important aspect in fitness? Even in the lifting community! Your muscles require oxygen to function, so if your cardio sucks you lose out on the ability to get air to the muscles making you pretty much big for no reason.

For those who cant seem to stay consistent in the gym... I want you to think about this for a sec. There is a version of yourself that kept going when you chose to stop. Imagine how much further that person is than you and imagine how far you could be...lets get moving!
