A big thank you to Alvin Bragg, @MattVanHouten12, State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, Jean Peters Baker, Dalia Racine, @Deberry4DA, John Choi, David Sullivan and many others for attending this week’s convening on sex crimes prosecution and engaging the conversation w/ transparency and respect.

Exciting to see Institute for Innovation in Prosecution's policy attorney give this important training to my old office. Through trainings like this, prosecutors can learn to engage with the communities they serve with transparency and respect.

As a fmr sex crimes prosecutor at Alvin Bragg, the conversations last week were difficult but inspiring. Big thanks to our facilitators @AlissaAckerman, bennett capers, Cynthia godsoe, Jennifer Long (AEquitasResourc), & Deborah Tuerkheimer. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Incredibly grateful that Seeing Rape could be a part of our convening last month. It sparked a thoughtful and deeply meaningful conversation about sexual harm. Every prosecutor should explore using this program in their own community.

Thank you to our authors Andreea Matei Mancina, Leigh Courtney, Janine Zweig, Alice Galley, and the rest of the staff at the Urban Institute for working with us on this project!

Thank YOU Ellen S Podgor for participating in a great panel!
