Any suggestions on how I could get the following item on a future ballot: make it illegal for commercial pet stores to sell live animals of any kind.

I believe that the selling of any live pets should be done by authorized breeders or sellers and not commercial pet stores. Commercial pet stores should be selling pet supplies.

Had too many heartbreaking experiences going into a commercial pet store and seen any of the pets in a poor situation.
