When reading anything #NHS #Workforce these are my red flags🚩 "Top of licence" "Freeing up xyz to do abc" "Competency based" "Up skilling" "skill mix" "task shifting" Work is more than task. If you don't understand the work, you cant model the workforce. ⚠️
