NYCACC murdered 2 dogs on the 23rd (we are assuming th3 4 left as euth ordered are alive). OCEAN & SAMSON had no one to care through they begged to live. Obits will follow later. Deserved so much better. That makes 97 healthy, loving, dogs killed when no one stepped up this year.
