Golf anyone? You'll need a frisbee and any type of basket. We're using our drumfit bucket. Place your basket in the yard and get started. How many throws will it? Get creative. Use trees, swing set, and chairs as obstacles. Ashley Lux

Beautiful day to be outside. Start your workout with a walk up and back on your street as a warm-up. Round 1- do the Pyramid Workout, walk or jog up and back on your street, and finish with a drink of water. Try to do 3 or 4 rounds. Have fun! Ashley Lux @TimberviewMS
