My latest drawing. PACE is an approach used in Dyadic developmental psychotherapy (DDP). It is about building connection and safety in relationships and I think can be used beyond adult child dyads. My instagram page gives an overview of each letter in more detail. DDP Network

Today we release the first update of the #ContextualSafeguarding framework, 8 years on from its first publication. Thanks to young people, parents, practitioners & service leaders we know much more about what it means in practice & have added a new underpinning value: CARE!

Shout out to managers trying to support frightened & angry staff, who in turn are trying to support frightened & angry communities. Research in Practice resources on anti-racism, trauma-informed leadership are now open access. A small contribution, but we hope it's useful. #LoveNotHate
