We moved in two months ago, when is someone going to get it done and take this board away Foxtons? We’ve had to take it down ourselves, you’re hardly getting it done like you say you do…

I’ve taken a break from tweeting Foxtons to sort out all our problems. They haven’t sorted a single one in that time except for this one. Finally, following a council inspection to asses our damp, mould + broken extractor fan, the board has gone. Get the rest done Foxtons.

DO NOT RENT WITH FOXTONS …if you want to live in a house which was properly surveyed by Foxtons before you moved in. “There was no specific survey done prior to your move in date”. We were already there when the inventory clerk did his report, it was a bit late by then.

Wow I didn’t write this Foxtons review but I could have done. This is what we moved into. No smoke alarm which is ILLEGAL and cracked electrics dangerously close to the live wire. Do you think this is an acceptable standard of living Foxtons? We do not.

Get it done Foxtons! Your corporate tagline is absolute nonsense! SORT OUT OUR DAMP AND MOULDY HOUSE.

These days I’m practically a Foxtons employee with how much time I’m spending overseeing the bloody renovation of their shambolic property I’m living in. The more people I tell about our nightmare, the more horror stories I hear about Foxtons. Worst estate agency EVER.

Bloody hell if my house is what ‘cleaning up its act’ looks like, I DREAD to think what state properties were in before. Avoid Foxtons at all costs!!!!

Because negligent companies like Foxtons let it happen. There was damp and mould in my house when we moved in and it took MONTHS + a council inspection to get something done about it. DO NOT RENT WITH FOXTONS.

It’s great that your employees take pride in their appearance Foxtons as they certainly don’t take pride in the houses they rent out, but surely they know that whilst driving is not the time to be putting on make up?!

Our Preliminary Improvement Notice deadline passed a month ago today & we have not had the required works done nor heard from the Environmental Health Officer despite several emails. The mould has returned & other serious issues remain. Please advise. Wandsworth Council Merton Council
