Alfa Health Plans are halfway there. HB 477 passed the Alabama House of Representatives last week. Thank you to House Speaker Nathaniel Ledbetter, Rep. David Faulkner and House members for moving this legislation forward. The bill is expected to be in a Senate committee this week.
