🌧️ RAINY DAYS MEAN EPIC FOOTBALL MEMORIES at the Football Fun Factory. Watching the children play football in the rain is what childhood is all about. It’s not just football; it’s confidence, resilience, and joy in every drop of rain.

🥰 FRIENDSHIP has been our Word Of The Week and even though we don’t explicitly talk about it at our Tots sessions, we have been playing “Working Together” this week! Our classes were full of kids working with their friends from nursery, FFF pals and playing with their siblings!

🪞 END OF YEAR REFLECTION: Running my own kids’ football coaching business has been challenging, rewarding and fulfilling. Hard work behind the scenes, but seeing kids grow in confidence and enjoy football makes it worth it. Grateful for the support.

✈️ LAUNCH DAY at Bluecoat Sports Health & Fitness Club this morning for our brand new Tots Football Fun Session! Lead Coach Megan was buzzing to meet all her new players for their first experience inside the inflatable football pitch!

🔍 BE SPECIFIC with your praise! ❌ “Well done, Tommy.” Vague. The player doesn’t know what to repeat. ✅ “Tommy, well done for using your weak foot, good decision.” Clear, actionable, repeatable. Coaching isn’t about being loud. It’s about clarity, relevance, and consistency
