Elrond Burrell (he/him) I’ll go for (1). Why? Ultimately this is about resource efficiency. Because: 1) recycling process uses energy. If that can be avoided then there is less secondary energy being used. 2) Recycling results in down-cylcing, and therefore lost utilisation.
