Family has spent two hours on hold to Booking.com, following 2 hours yesterday, still trying to get a refund for an appartment booking cancelled 3 days before our holiday (over a month ago). Yesterday refund was approved and pending in our wallet; today it was cancelled. Useless
A friend of mine asked me why a minister like Lord Peter Hendy was getting involved in an individual's employment. Seemed unusually petty to her. He took it as a personal insult that Gareth would call a station unsafe. Surprisingly immature from a minister of state!
