Coaches before you get mad about athletes "hanging out" in the athletic training room remember; The athletic training room is the only place athletes feel they can be 100% genuine. It's their refuge from parents, SO's, teammates, and even you. Let them have that space to just be.

4 Things I Wish Every Athlete Knew: 1) Poor recovery catches up to you. 2) When you work to make every rep look as good as possible, you find amazing results & less injury. 3) Your back shouldn't hurt after heavy deadlifts or squats. 4) Cortisone shots don't fix anything.
